Description - POL ST ST VERT VERT JKTD REACTOR/MIXING VESS

1,300 litres (288 gallons) POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL vertical enclosed jacketed Reactor/mixing vessel.  Approx 4'0" ø x 3'3" deep with a 6” welded dished top and 6” dished bottom terminating in a 2" bottom centre outlet.  Fitted with external jacket to shell and bottom dish and top off-centre mounted agitator comprising of .75/1400rpm Lightnin agitator, model: LS-75, driving 4’0” long st.st. shaft with 2 x 12” sweep marine propellors. Connections to dished top include 1 x 18” dia swing/clamped manway, 2 x 4” and 3 x 1”.

Manufactured by Stamford Fabrications Ltd. and stamped for:

• Vessel Design Pressure: - 3.8bar.
• Vessel Test Pressure:- 6.98bar
• Jacket Test Pressure:-  6.1bar.
•  Design Temp:- 150degC.
• Material: - 316 S12
• Design Code:-  5500 CAT3.
• Freestanding on 4 x st.st. legs.
