Our Ref - 1A/3087 Capacity - 2,700L
Description - ST ST VERT JKTD REACTOR  4’6” DIA

2,700 litres (600 galls) STAINLESS STEEL(316) vertical jacketed Reactor. Approx 4’6” dia x 5’10” shell with 8” deep dished ends terminating in a 3” bottom centre outlet.

Fitted with mild steel jacket to shell and bottom dish. Connections to welded dished top include 16” x 12” oval manway, 1x 4” sight glass, 1 x 4”, 1 x 2½”, 4 x 1” and 1 x ¾”.

Fitted with top centre mounted agitator with packed gland seal arrangement comprising of 3 speed TEFC motor (11kw-1440rpm/7.5kw-950rpm/5.5kw-720rpm) going through an Electropower gearbox, ratio: 8.12:1, driving a full depth st.st. in a footstep steady with 2’6” sweep blade.

Complete with 4 x mounting brackets to legs and stamped for:-

• Vessel W.P.: 40psi.
• Jacket W.P.: 40psi.
